This is a more competitive team that focuses on tumbling and stunting abilities for cheerleaders 14 and younger. This team will compete both locally and nationally. Tryouts are required for this team.

Ages 18 and under.

Practice:       Tuesday 6:30- 8:30 pm & Thursday 5:30- 7:30 pm

This is a competitive team, focusing more on tumbling and stunting abilities. This team will compete both locally and nationally. Tryouts are required for this team.

This highly competitive team practices and competes at an elite level of senior all star cheerleading. This team will compete both locally and nationally. Tryouts and tumbling are required to make this team.

This team is a combination of the program's elite level cheerleaders ages 14 and up. Tryouts and tumbling are required to make this team.

Practice:       Sunday 6:00- 9:00 pm

This is our 18+ team. They will compete both locally and nationally. Our open team will perform skills that are illegal at all other levels. Tryouts are required for this team.

Practice:       Thursday 8:00-10:00 pm

Variety dance team that will practice and perform all elements of dance. All ages & ability levels welcome!

This team is for our crazy cheer moms and dads who are ready to get on the mat and show their kids how it's done! No tumbling, flexibility, or cheer experience required!

 Our "Mini" team out of Rhody Warwick is for cheerleaders ages 8 and younger. The season begins in November and ends in April. At this age, we teach the kids to become competitive cheerleaders in a fun and safe environment. This is a locally competitive team, focusing on the basics of All Star cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, and dance. Tryouts are not required for this team.

Our "Mini" team out of Rhody North is for cheerleaders ages 8 and younger. The season begins in November and ends in April. At this age, we teach the kids to become competitive cheerleaders in a fun and safe environment. This is a locally competitive team, focusing on the basics of All Star cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, and dance. Tryouts are not required for this team.

Practice-       Thursdays 5:30- 7:30

Our "Youth" team is for cheerleaders ages 9- 11. The season begins in November and ends in April. This is a locally competitive team, focusing on the fundamentals of All Star cheerleading at a more competative level including tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, and dance. Tryouts are not required for this team.

Our half year team is for boys & girls ages 18 and under. The season begins in November and ends in April. This is a locally competitive team, focusing on the basics of All Star cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, and dance. Tryouts are not required for this team.

Our "Senior" team is for cheerleaders ages 12- 17. The season begins in November and ends in April. This is a locally competitive team, focusing on the competitive aspect of All Star cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, and dance at a more advanced level. Tryouts are not required for this team.
